about

This album is dedicated to my beloved Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher Caroline Ashley aka Karuna Ji. It wouldn’t be possible for me to find inspiration and compose those sacred mantras without her transformative class, light and wisdom and extraordinary guidance on Kundalini Yoga and meditation practices.

Now it’s my honour to share these sacred mantras with you.
Love and blessings.

Sat Nam,
Orçun

1. Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo (the Adi Mantra)

I bow to the Creative Wisdom, I bow to the Divine Teacher within.

This mantra is used for “tuning in” to the divine flow and self-knowledge within each of us, and linking us to the Golden Chain of teachers.

2. Aap sahaa-ee hoaa
Sachay daa sachaa doaa
Har Har Har

You, Divine One, have become my refuge.
True is Your support,
Great Creative Infinite.

This mantra is a gift to you that will let you penetrate the unknown without fear. It will give you protection and mental balance.

3. Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung

Ra = Sun
Ma = Moon
Da = Earth
Sa = Impersonal Infinity
Sa Say = Totality of Infinity
So = Personal sense of merger and identity
Hung = The infinite, vibrating and real

This mantra attunes the Self to the Universe and brings balance. It taps into the energies of the sun, moon, earth, and the Infinite Spirit to bring deep healing. It can be used to project healing energy to others and for oneself.

4. Pavan Pavan Pavan Pavan
Par Para Pavan Guru
Pavan Guru Wahe Guru
Wahe Guru Pavan Guru

The Divine Breath.
From Beyond the Beyond.
Breath is the Teacher.
The Experience of the Divine

Pavan is the air, the breath, carrier of the prana, the life force. This mantra talks about the breath as a great teacher. This mantra increases the pranic energy and gives the experience of having the universal force within you.

5. Ad Guray Nameh
Jugad Guray Nameh
Sat Guray Nameh
Siri Guru Devay Nameh

I bow to the primal wisdom.
I bow to the wisdom through the ages.
I bow to the true wisdom.
I bow to the great unseen wisdom.

This mantra (also known as the Mangala Charan Mantra) clears the clouds of doubt and opens us to guidance and protection.

6. Adi Shakti, Adi Shakti, Adi Shakti, Namo Namo
Sarab Shakti, Sarab Shakti, Sarab Shakti, Namo Namo
Pritham Bhagvati, Pritham Bhagvati, Pritham Bhagvati, Namo Namo
Kundalini Mata Shakti, Mata Shakti, Namo Namo

I bow to (or call on) the primal power.
I bow to (or call on) the all encompassing power and energy.
I bow to (or call on) that through which God creates.
I bow to (or call on) the creative power of the Kundalini, the Divine Mother Power.

The Adi Shakti Mantra tunes one into the frequency of the Divine Mother, and to the primal protective, generating energy. It is said that chanting it eliminates fears and fulfills desires.

7. Hari Nam Sat Nam Hari Nam Hari
Hari Nam Sat Nam Sat Nam Hari

Hari Nam – The Identity of the Creative Flow of Life.
Sat Nam – The Identity of Truth.

The first part of this mantra aligns your destiny and your identity with the divine creative flow of energy. The second part aligns your intuition with your intention so the truth of your identity can be supported by that creative flow and you can fulfill your highest potential.

8. Gobinday, Mukanday, Udharay, Aparay
Hariang, Kariang, Nirnamay, Akamay

Sustaining, Liberating, Enlightening, Infinite
Destroying, Creating, Nameless, Desireless

The Guru Gaitri mantra (Gobinday Mukanday) eliminates karmic blocks and past errors, balances brain hemispheres, purifies the magnetic field, and brings compassion and patience.
